Opening Ceremony 7:00pm
The evening opens with a powerful Indigenous hoop dance, whose circular motion symbolizes life’s interconnectedness and balance - reflecting the spirit of unity at the heart of our gala.
Faculty Awards Ceremony | Dinner 7:20pm
Our Interim Dean will offer opening remarks, followed by the presentation of awards recognizing outstanding contributions and excellence within our Faculty
Celebration Continues 9:00pm
The night concludes with a lively dance party, interactive 360° video booth, photo lounge, and cozy seating areas - inviting guests to celebrate in whatever way brings them joy.

Yes, registration is mandatory and should be completed by no later than Tuesday, November 11 2025 at 11:59pm EST
Yes, make sure you select the checkmark field "I am registering on behalf of someone" on the first page of the registration site.
Doing this ensures you receive event related emails.
Registration types refers to different categories such as General, Staff/Admin, Student/Resident, etc.
You will be required to complete individual registration for each type of registration. Once you complete one registration type you will be asked to redirect to the registration page where you can then complete the next registration type details.
Yes, this is a required field and if you are not sure of the names of ticket holders yet just add a "TBD" in the first and last name field and the event team will reach out to confirm this detail from you.
Deadline to submit names will be Tuesday, November 11 2025 by 11:59pm EST
If registering a group within a registration category type, the first person will be the one to receive the confirmation email.
If you have selected the "I am registering on behalf of someone" this individual will be the one to receive the confirmation email.
Stay tuned for two emails leading up to the event.
Each registrant will receive a confirmation email with a QR code 1 week before the event, plus a 24-hour email reminder.
These emails are important and will be needed for a seamless onsite check-in.
The deadline to request ticket transfers or cancellations must take place by Friday, November 14 at 11:59pm.
Cancellations incur a 10% administration fee.
Requests after the above deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
For transfer of tickets, please share the changes with our events team but kindly note that any payment adjustments should be handled individually as we would not accommodate the transfer of payments.
